Meet the new Zuza Grand-Suite Residence Apartment located in the central old historic neighborhood known as the Mercês district tucked away between Chiado and Principe Real. Located on a quiet, narrow typical street, there is little traffic and an opportunity to experience a real Portuguese environment with the famous Lisbon natural light and friendly locals. 

You can find us on the street facing the ornate Nossa Senhora das Mercês church along the traditional cobblestones with typical Portuguese architecture and colorful building facades lit at night by old fashioned lanterns to guide you back to your home away from home.

Restaurants and shops are scattered throughout the little streets and public transportation is close by. It is a short 10-minute scenic walk downtown. The famous Tram 28 line runs on an adjacent street (2 minutes away) adding to the abundant nostalgia and charisma of the city.

Zuza Grand-Suite Residence is a charming apartment fully equipped, self-catering building, full of amenities that houses two separate apartments for 2 persons and 4 persons respectively. The whole house is available for larger travelling parties/friends, and family of six to share. Enjoy the freedom and luxury of your own apartment.

You will find a contemporary setting on two floors decorated with a chic flair and a touch of class with comfort, privacy, appliances, a/c, an in-house garden overlooking a balcony as well as a two-car garage (private parking in the building) accessible for a nominal daily fee for those that bring a car into the city.
