THERE IS NO PERMANENT RECEPTION - please always inform your arrival time.

 

Early arrivals:

From 8h we will be able to meet you directly at the reserved accommodation address where your luggage will be stored in case your Suite is not yet available or prepared for immediate check-in.

You should always contact us prior to arrival for an update of a accurate arrival time. This will help because we don't have permanent reception service.

Late check-in: We can assure you reception at any time but if your check-in happens from 22h/10pm you should consider a Late check-in fee of 25€ to be paid at arrival to the Zuza Team member will be waiting for you late in the night.

 

Children:

Some Suites are suitable to accommodate children's/babies.

Please read Suite description also when booking to find out if the desired unit is according your needs.

Children/babies should always be mentioned on the number of Persons to sleep when booking online. That way you'll have the correct night rate.

 

Smoking:

For security and comfort of all Guests, smoking is not allowed indoors.

Smoking is only allowed outside at the Patios and balconies.

 

Pets:

Not allowed at any of the Zuza properties.
